Darlene Minton (RYT 200 Baptiste Inspired)
Darlene began her yoga journey with Dragon Dance Yoga in 2014 as one of the first students through the door. She is dedicated to her practice and recently completed her 200 teacher training with Dragon Dance Yoga. We couldn't be more proud.

Carlye Castle (RYT 200 Hatha & Baptiste Inspired)
Carlye stumbled her way into her first yoga class at Dragon Dance when the studio first opened its doors and she hasn't looked back since. She instantly began to notice the benefits and the wisdom that yoga had to offer. By uniting the mind with the body through the breath, Carlye completed her RYT-200 teacher training at Dragon Dance and continues to learn both as an instructor and a student. As Fred Devito once said, "if it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you."
MacKenzie Marchy (RYT 200 Baptiste Inspired)
Mackenzie is a Yoga Alliance RYT 200 registered yoga teacher. She has been practicing yoga for ten years. Balancing a career and raising children requires tools to maintain clarity, mindfulness and comfortably manage the stress of the daily grind. MacKenzie is inspired by how her practice continues to improve these skills and through her instruction, she hopes to help students discover these tools themselves.
Larry Jolly (RYT 200 Hatha & Baptiste Inspired)
Larry Jolly is RYT 200 registered yoga teacher. He received his certification here at Dragon Dance Yoga via Life Span Yoga Teacher Training. Larry is pursuing his college education while instructing yoga. He is also bring a great deal of personal fitness training knowledge to the studio. Teaching yoga has become a way for Larry to share the physical, psychological, and spiritual blessings of yoga with his community.
Jessica Williams (RYT 200 Ashtanga)
Influenced by my experience as a practitioner of Mind Body and Power Vinyasa flow, I'm increasingly drawn to the healing aspects the yoga lifestyle provides for all walks of life. As a RYT, I am proudly committed to continue my decade-long yoga journey by pursuing a therapeutic-centric path. I'm certified in senior and chair yoga, as well as yoga for cancer. It is my passion to inspire and empower others in improving their wellness, confidence, and overall quality of life through the soothing practice of meditation, intention, pranayama, and asanas. I invite you to join me on a path of living the mindful, compassionate, and healthy existence yoga truly provides.
Wendy Cruff - Owner (CYT 100, RYT 200 Baptiste Methodology, Level 1,2, & AAOA with Baron Baptiste Institute, CPF, oMS, Chair Yoga)
I started my journey into yoga 2 years ago. After losing my mother to colon cancer, I tried a class and fell in love. I remember thinking to myself in the first class... why am I here, I am miserable and can't touch my toes, but I stuck it out while feeling inspired by the teacher. I didn't think I would ever go back but I did and I felt better and better after every practice. I knew that this is where I was meant to be. Doing yoga helped me heal from the inside out. The changes I felt were so astounding that I decided to enroll in the teacher training class (100 CYT and 200 RYT). I remember putting on my application that I was taking the class with the intent of opening a yoga studio one day. I accomplished my goal and couldn't be happier. I hope to inspire my students in the same way I was inspired.
Alkisa Toribio (RYT 200 Baptiste Inspired)
Meet the newest edition to our team. Alkisa teaches every Monday & Wednesday at 9:00 AM and every Monday evening at 7:00 PM. This beautiful soul is full of fire as she teaches a class that will not only warm up your muscles but help you find gratitude for your practice. She truly is a delight.
EI Hamilton (RYT 200 Ashtanga Inspired)
Ei teaches our 6 AM class and always makes herself available to lend a helping hand with events outside the studio and covering classes whe fellow instructors need time off. Ei is wonderful addition to Dragon Dance Yoga. She truly is a delightful person. If you are an early riser, we invite you to try her class.
Karen Fulton (RYT 200 Baptiste Inspired)
Karen began her yoga journey with Dragon Dance Yoga in 2014 and quickly noticed the benefits of a strong yoga practice. She decided that she wanted to become an instructor so she could give back by helping her students heal from the inside out. She is dedicated to her practice and recently completed her 200 teacher training with Dragon Dance Yoga. Karen is also a registered Holistic therapist in the state of Florida. We are honored to have her be part of the Dragon Dance Yoga family.
